反复呼吸道感染患儿血液微量元素变化情况分析

摘　　要：目的：分析反复呼吸道感染患儿血液微量元素的变化情况。方法：选取2010年1月～2012年12月于本院进行诊治的53例反复呼吸道感染患儿为观察组，同时期的53例健康儿童为对照组，检测并比较两组儿童的末梢血铜（Cu）、锌（Zn）、钙（Ca）、镁（M．g）及铁（Fe）水平，并比较反复上呼吸道感染、反复下呼吸道感染及不同严重程度感染患儿的各微量元素水平。结果：观察组的血液Cu、Cu／Zn均高于对照组，Zn、Ca及Fe低于对照组，观察组重度感染患儿的变化大于中度及轻度患儿，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）；而两组血液Mg差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），且反复上呼吸道感染、反复下呼吸道感染患儿之间各微量元素差异亦无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：反复呼吸道感染患儿血清微量元素变化较明显，且不同严重程度者间也存在明显差异。Objective： To investigate change in serum trace elements of children with recurrent re- spiratory tract infection. Methods：A total of 53 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection admitted from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected as observation group, 53 healthy children at the same time were selected as control group. Then the serum copper （Cu）, zinc （Zn）, calcium （Ca）, magnesium （Mg）and iron（Fe） levels of two groups were detected and compared,then serum trace elements levels of observation group with recurrent upper respiratory tract infection, recurrent lower respiratory tract infec- tion and different severity were compared too. Results. Serum Cu and Cu/Zn of observation group were both significantly higher than those of control group,serum Zn,Ca and Fe were significantly lower than those of control group. Those indexes change of observation group with severe disease were more signifi- cant than those with mild and moderate disease （all P〈0.05）,while there was no significant difference in serum Mg between two groups. There was no significant difference in serum trace elements between those with recurrent upper respiratory tract infection and recurrent lower respiratory tract infection （all P〈 0.05）. Oonclusion：The change in serum trace elements of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection is remarkable, and those children with different severity have obvious differences too.
