摘　　要：目的:对使用经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)肿瘤患者并发症的发生情况进行分析。方法:对PICC插管肿瘤患者的并发症进行归类分析,探讨影响PICC拔管的主要并发症。结果:300例使用PICC的患者中,PICC相关并发症125例(41.7%),其中28.3%(85/300)患者因为出现并发症而终止插管,在因并发症终止插管的患者中,介入放射组发生率为22.6%(38/168),静脉穿刺组发生率为35.6%(47/132),二者无差异。导致PICC拔管的感染风险显示血液系统恶性肿瘤发生感染的风险增加(P<0.05)。结论:PICC在癌症患者中的应用伴有较高的并发症和感染率,对并发症的有效控制是其广泛应用的关键。Objective： To analyze the incidence of complications of cancer patients treated by peripherally inserted central catheter （PICCs）. Methods： Complications of PICC intubation patients were tigate the major complications caused by PICC extubation. Results： ICCs, there were 125 cases （41.7%） PICC related complications, of . patients suffered from the termination of intubation because of comf intusation among patients because of complications, the incidence Lterventional radiology intubation group was 22. 6% （38/168） and s puncture group, which were of no significant differences between of the infection risk caused by PICC extubation showed the infection hematological malignancies （〈%0.05）. Conclusion： PICC applicare a high rate of complications and infection rate, and the effective the key to their wide applications. rate of 35.6%
