摘 要:目的:探讨在中、西药输液时,冲管对药品不良反应发生率的影响.方法:选取在门诊静脉滴注14岁以下、中西药合并用药患儿,实验组为2011年1~12月,在中、西药之间用0.9%氯化钠或5%葡萄糖注射液50 ml冲管.对照组为2010年1~12月,在中、西药之间未输入任何液体,观察药品不良反应总体发生率及各器官、系统的临床表现.结果:实验组一般药品不良反应发生率为0.057%,对照组为0.148%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组严重药品不良反应发生率为0.008%,对照组为0.011%,差异无统计学意义.结论:在中西药之间冲管对降低儿童一般药品不良反应发生率有一定作用.Objective:To discuss the effect of washing pipe on adverse drug reation (ADR) of the Combined application of.the Chinese and western medicine when children are injected. Methods: Patients under 14 years old who were injected with the combination of Chinese and western medicine in the outpatient from Jan. of 2011 to Dec. of 2011 were selected as the experimental group. 0.9% sodium chloride injection or 5% glucose injection was used to wash the pipe during the combined apptication of the Chinese and western medicine; while no other liquid was injected during the injection of Chinese and western medicine in the control gro ADR in different organs and systems of the patients was up ob from Jan. to Dec. in 2010. Then the served. Results:The rate of ADR of the general medicine in the experimental group is 0. 057%, while 0. 148% in the controlled group, which was of statistical difference (P〈0.05) ; The serious ADR rate in the experimental group is 0. 008%,while 0. 0118% in the controlled group, which was of no statistical difference. Conclusion: The washing pipe during the application of Chinese and western medicine has played some role in reducing the occurrence rate of ADR of general medicine of the Chinese and western medicine.
