摘　　要：目的:观察三步针罐疗法配合水疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效。方法:将160例患者随机分为治疗组(三步针罐疗法配合水疗)62例、对照1组(常规针刺法配合水疗)56例、对照2组(水疗法)42例,观察三组患者症状、体征改变程度和临床疗效。结果:治疗组的腰腿痛程度、腰部活动度和总体状况改善程度明显优于对照组。结论:三步针罐疗法配合水疗具有较好疗效。Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the three - step acupuncture and cupping therapy with hydrotherapy for protrasion of the lumbar intervertebral disc （PLID）, analyze the pathogeny of PLID, and explore the mechanism of its therapy. Methods： 160 patients with PLID were divided randomly into control and treatment groups. The treatment group （62 patients） was treated with the three -step acupuncture and cup- ping therapy with hydrotherapy, and control gToup I （56 patients）was treated with conventional acupuncture and hydrotherapy, and control group 11 （42 patients） was treated with hydrotherapy. The change of symp- toms and syndromes was observed and the total clinical effective rate was figured out. Results：The treatment group was more efficient than other two control groups in the relief of pain in waist and lower extremities, range of motion and overall improvement. Conclusion ： The three - step acupuncture and cupping therapy with hydro- therapy has a better curative effect.
