摘　　要：介绍了一种用于工业现场的中小规模监控系统的数据采集方案。三菱FX2N PLC通过模拟量输入模块FX2N-4AD采集工业现场模拟量数据。PC机采用VB6.0编程,通过三菱MX Component提供的ActiveX控件实现与PLC机的通信。PC机将采集到的数据绘制成动态曲线,并存储在ACCESS数据库中供记录和查询分析。This paper describes a kind of data acquisition solution.which can used in small and medium-scale monitor system for industrial field.Mitsubishi FX2N PLC collectes industrial analog data by the Analog Input Module FX2N-4AD.PC uses the VB6.0 programming,and provides the communication with PLC through Mitsubishi ActiveX controls.PC draws the collected data into dynamic curves,and the data are stored in an ACCESS database for records and query analysis.
