摘  要:为解决CF4102增压柴油机缸盖进排气道出现的裂纹问题,通过调整熔炼工艺,控制热应力和相变应力;改进铸造工艺,控制机械阻碍应力;采取退火处理,消除残余应力,有效防止了进排气道处的应力集中,从而使进排气道开裂问题得以有效解决。In order to solve the problem that there was cracking existing in the inlet port and outlet port of the CF4102 model supercharged cylinder head,the mehing process was adjusted to control thermal stress and phase transition stress;the casting method was improved to reduce the mechanical resistance;the annealing treatment was conducted to eliminate residual stress. As the resuh,the stress concentration in the inlet and outlet ports was effectively prevented and therefore the cracking problem in the inlet and outlet ports has been effectively solved.
