摘　　要：通过对铜带粗轧机大卷筒经常出现的钳口夹不紧薄带的问题进行了故障原因分析,提出了合理的修复改进措施,并通过理论分析与实际应用验证了措施的有效性。The reasons of the rough rolling mill coiler mandrel bit malfunction which can＇t clamp thin copper strip are analyzed. Some improvement measures were proposed. And the effects have been verified after the theoretical analysis and application of the practice.
