摘　　要：通过对热轧平整线卷取机卷筒扇形板、棱锥轴及钳口机构的故障分析,提出了保证卷筒精度的检测、判断与计算方法以及部件优化配置时的工艺改进。By means of hot roiling skin line coiler mandrel fault of sector, pyramid axis and jaws is analysised, the coiler mandrel precision detection, judgment and calculation method and process improvement of ptimization components is proposed so.
