摘  要:通过对斜齿圆柱齿轮啮合面的分析,得到了啮合面上接触线长度、单位线载荷以及摩擦热流量的分布规律.接触分析中引入了反向圆锥模型,对流换热系数计算中考虑了温度对黏度和密度的影响,基于APDL建立了斜齿轮本体温度场.考虑温度对轮齿材料性能的影响,对斜齿轮副进行了热机耦合分析.结果表明:由于本体温度场的影响,斜齿轮最大von Mises应力和接触应力增加了大约20%,温度引起的自然热变形和热弹变形会对斜齿轮载荷分布和应力产生较大影响,轮齿齿顶和齿根存在明显的应力集中,长接触线中应力沿接触线分配不均,接触线中间部分承载了大部分载荷.热弹耦合分析为斜齿轮修形和传动系统优化设计提供了依据.The distribution of action-line-length, unit-line-load and friction heat flow on meshing surface of helical gear was obtained. The two-tapered model was proposed in contact analysis model. The influence on the viscosity and density by temperature was considered in the calculation of convection heat transfer coefficient. The bulk temperature fields of helical gear were given on the basis of ANSYS parametric design language (APDL). The thermo mechanical analysis of helical gear pair was simula- ted when the influence on tooth material performance by the bulk temperature fields was considered. The results show that the maximum von Mises stress and contact stress of helical gear increase by about 20% due to the influence of bulk temperature fields. The natural thermal deformation and thermo-mechnical deformation influence the load distribution of helical gears greatly. The stress concentration is obvious in tooth addendum and root and the distribution of contact stress along the contact line is uneven which bears the most loads in intermediate of action line. It is provided that the thermoelastic coupling analysis can be a basis for gear modification and optimal design of drive systems.
