摘 要:提出一种降低注塑件热残余应力的去应力退火热处理的分析方法,以提高注塑件的质量.以塑料尺为研究对象,借助ABAQUS有限元分析软件,以注射成型工艺参数优化组合条件下数值计算的结果作为初始条件,仿真注射成型后的去应力退火热处理过程.采用时间硬化蠕变模型体现材料黏弹性,分析注塑件的蠕变和热残余应力的变化.各时间的残余应力的等效应力值表明退火热处理有效地降低了注塑件的热残余应力,水浴退火热处理实验验证了数值仿真的合理性和去应力退火热处理方法的有效性.An analytic method of distressing annealing was presented to reduce thermal residual stress and improve quality of injection product. Plastic ruler was studied by means of ABAQUS software. Taking the calculated result as an initial condition with optimal combination of injection molding processing parameters, the process of distressing annealing heat treatment was simulated after injection molding. Time-harden creep model was selected as the material's viscoelasticity to analyze the variety of creep and thermal residual stress. The equivalent stress of the residual stress of each time unit shows that the annealing heat treatment can effectively reduce the thermal residual stress of injection products. The effectiveness of distressing annealing and the rationality of numerical simulation are verified by water bath annealing heat treatment.
