摘　　要：针对锦西石化分公司180×104t/a重油催化裂化装置油浆系统结焦的现象及危害,分析了结焦的原因,提出结焦处理的方案,制定了相应的措施。采用SF-2油浆阻垢剂,油浆系统结焦问题得到了有效的解决,提高了装置的经济效益,同时保障了装置长周期安全平稳运行。Aiming at the coking and its harm in the slurry system of a 180x104 t/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit in Jinxi petrochemical company, the coking causes were analyzed, corresponding treating program was proposed and preventive measures were adopted. Commercial application of SF-1 scale inhibitor for slurry oil in residue fluid catalytic cracking unit was introduced. The results show that application of this technology has solved the coking problem in the slurry system, the economic benefit is enhanced, and the unit operates safely and smoothly.
