摘 要:由于镇泾油田地层承压能力低,岩石可钻性较低,孔隙裂缝发育,钻井液浸泡超过一定时间,极易引起井漏或井壁垮塌掉块等井下复杂事故,影响钻井周期。本文针对镇泾油田地层特性,对近两年的已完井资料中的PDC钻头的型号、机械钻速、单只钻头进尺和钻遇地层特性进行统计,对已使用PDC钻头进行优选分析。利用主成分法对优选PDC钻头结果进行评价,并通过现场使用验证优选结果,最终优选出S5665型号钻头。Due to the weak bearing capacity of stratum, the low drill ability of rock and the development of fissure-existing rock in Zhenjing oilfield, when drilling fluid soaks for a certain time, it's easy to cause downhole complex accidents, such as lost circulation, wellbore collapse and so on, which can affect the cycle of drilling. In this article, based on formation characteristics of Zhenjing oilfield, PDC drill bit type, mechanical drilling rate, footage per bit and encountered formation characteristics in well completion data in recent two years were analyzed, then optimal selection of PDC drill bits was carried out. Selected PDC bit was estimated by using principal component method, and verified by field use. The results show that S5665 drilling bit is the best.
