摘　　要：概述了区域发展与地方高校图书馆的关系,指出区域发展为地方高校图书馆信息服务社会化提供了机遇和挑战,对区域发展中地方高校图书馆的优势与信息服务现状进行了分析,提出了促进地方高校图书馆信息服务社会化的创新对策。This paper outlines the relation between regional development and local university library, points out that the regional development provides opportunities and challenges for the socialization of local university library＇ s information service, and analyzes the advantages of the local university library and the status quo of information service, and proposes some innovative measures for promoting the socialization of local university library＇ s information service.
