摘　　要：阐述了心理健康的含义,针对高校图书馆员常见的心理健康问题,探讨了影响高校图书馆员心理健康的因素,提出了促进高校图书馆员心理健康发展的措施。This paper expounds the connotations of mental health, and in the light of common mental health problems of college librarians, probes into some factors influencing the mental health of college librarians, puts forward some measures for promoting the mental health development of college librarians.
