摘　　要：针对目前科技期刊论文写作方面存在的文章结构有缺陷、内容不完善、摘要引言与结论概念不清、语言运用问题突出、规范性较差等典型问题,结合《石油钻探技术》的编辑实践,提出了提高论文编辑质量的基本措施及强化措施。This paper introduces the present situation of public library＇ s distribution system, puts forward two linds of innovative modes of the distribution system, probes into the necessity of establishing corresponding incentive mechanism, and expounds several kinds of incentive mechanisms that are suitable for the public library to adopt at the present stage.
