“现采为主”模式下的书商选择及技术指标设定研究

摘　　要：由于现采模式的新书比例大、到书快、差错率小等特点,逐渐在图书采访中占有越来越高的比例,因此对于书商现采供货能力的考评已经成为现今招标要求中的重要内容。针对高校图书馆现采过程中遇到的种种问题,通过分析书商现采供货能力,介绍了在高比例现采的模式下如何选择书商的方法,同时对招标过程中如何科学地设定技术评分指标,以达到规避风险,选择理想供货商的目的进行了具体论述。The field purchasing mode, which has the features of the books, and small error rate, etc., has gradually occupied higher and evaluation on booksellers＇ availability in field purchasing has become an large proportion of new books, the fast arrival of higher proportion in books purchasing, so, the important content in today＇ s tender requirements. In the light of various problems occurring in books field purchasing of university library, through analyzing booksellers＇ availability, this paper introduces the methods for selecting the booksellers under the mode of higher proportion of field purchasing, and makes a concrete discussion on how to scientifically set the technical scoring indexes in the bidding process for the purpose of avoiding the risks and choosing the ideal suooliers.
