摘　　要：作为近邻的日本、韩国的图书馆立法已基本成熟,对我国尚在进行中的图书馆立法有着重要的借鉴作用。介绍了日本、韩国图书馆立法的历程,结合我国的实际际情况,阐述了日韩两国图书馆立法对当前我国图书馆立法工作的启示。The library legislation in Japan and South Korea, the Asian neighbors of China, has been basically mature, which has important reference effect on China＇s library legislation in progress. This paper introduces the process of library legislation in Japan and South Korea, and connecting with China＇s actual situation, expounds the enlightenment of the library legislation in Japan and South Korea to all works of China＇ s library legislation.
