摘　　要：MHR封隔器为液压坐封永久式封隔器,双向卡瓦、三胶筒设计,结构合理简单。配套的锚定密封总成为插入对接,正旋脱扣,保证多次使用。密封件的选用考虑了地下条件和流体的组分,具有耐高温抗H2S、CO2的腐蚀的特点。封隔器解封时,锚定密封右旋脱手,回收油管后,下封隔器磨铣工具套铣封隔器。卡瓦制造的淬火工艺使得封隔器容易被磨铣掉,封隔器下部配有磨铣延伸筒,保证封隔器在磨铣后可以被磨铣工具回收。针对深井及含有腐蚀性气体等实际情况设计了两套基于MHR封隔器的分段压裂管柱,通过现场施工检验,具有耐高温高压,抗腐蚀,可靠性高等一系列特点,取得了良好的效果。The MHR packer,a kind of hydrostatic set packer,is designed with bi-directional slips and three rubbers.Its mating anchor and sealing assembly can be used repeatedly which seals by plugging and can be released by clockwise rotation.The underground conditions and components of fluid were taken into consideration when choosing sealing elements,so the packer has excellent characteristics such as anti-H2S,anti-CO2 and endurance under high temperature.When freeing the packer,the anchor and sealing assembly is revolved,and the tubing is recycled. Then the packer can be fished afterthe milling of the upperpartof the packer.Special tempertechnique was usedwhenmanufacturing the slips to ensure that the upper part of the packer can be easily milled.The extension tubs on the packermakes it possible for the packer to be recycled after milling.In this paperwe introduce two sets of fracturing tools using MHR packer designed for deep well with corrosive gases.It is proved by the applications on site that these sets of tools maintain these outstanding properties such as anti-corrosion,high temperature resistance,high pressure resistance and good reliability.
