摘　　要：项目管理是一个复杂的过程,建设方如何以工程项目管理为中心,提高工程质量,保证工程进度,降低工程成本,提高经济效益,对建设方来说是至关重要的事情。本文就电解铝项目工程建设管理过程中成本、进度、质量管理进行阐述,在质量、安全、工期保证的情况下,争取最大限度地降低工程成本。As the project management is a complex process, it is an important thing for the construction unit how to take the engineering project management as a center, improve the engineering quality, ensure the project schedule, reduce project costs and improve economic benefits. In this paper the costs, schedule and quality management during engineering construction management of aluminum reduction project are described. How to reduce project costs in maximum under ensuring quality, safety and construction period is discussed.
