摘 要:考察了微波场焙烧下,贵州铝土矿的溶出性能,得到了最佳溶出条件:温度为200℃,时间45min,碱液浓度为210g/L。微波焙烧矿跟原矿相比较,溶出温度降低了60℃,溶出时间缩短了15min,苛碱浓度降低了20g/L,溶出率得到了很大程度的提高。After the digestion performances of bauxite in Guizhou province by microwave roasting were studied, the best digestion conditions gained showed that the digestion temperature was 200℃, the digestion time was 45 min, and the concentration of caustic soda was 210g/1. Comparing bauxite by micro- wave roasting with bauxite, the digestion temperature was lowered by 60℃, the digestion time was shortened by 15 min and the concentration of caustic soda was reduced by 20g/1 and the digestion rate was greatly improved.
