人防医疗救护工程第一密闭区通风和防化设计问题探讨

摘　　要：从防化的角度分析了人防医疗救护工程的特点，认为《人民防空医疗救护工程设计标准》将第一密闭区定义为轻微染毒区有悖于人民防空工程相关规定的要求，会给战时工程使用带来严重后果，提出了解决上述问题的技术措施。This paper analyzes the characteristics of medical aid works of civil air defence from the NBC protection point of view. It is in violation of the tactics and technology requirements of civil air defence works that the first airtight space is defined as a slightly contaminated space in the ＂Design Standard for Medical Aid Works of Civil Air Defence＂. This can bring about serious consequences in the use of the works. The paper presents technology measures to settle the above problem.
