摘 要:制备了一种新型的以黄长石为主晶相的Ce离子激活发光微晶玻璃,采用X射线衍射仪和荧光光谱仪研究了热处理温度对微晶玻璃的结构及发光性能的影响。结果表明:Ce3+掺杂SrO-MgO-SiO2微晶玻璃,激发光谱激发峰位在475nm处,发射光谱发射峰位在715nm处,Ce3+离子的发光属于5d-4f跃迁。热处理温度的升高不会改变Ce3+掺杂SrO-MgO-SiO2微晶玻璃荧光光谱的峰位,随着热处理温度的升高,荧光光谱强度呈现增强的趋势。掺杂Ce3+离子浓度的增加能增强荧光光谱的强度。Ce3+ doped SrO-MgO-SiO2 luminescent glass-ceramics were prepared by the melting-quenching method. The structure and luminescent properties of the glass-ceramics prepared at different temperatures were studied by X-ray diffraction. The results indicated that Ce3+ doped SrO-MgO-SiOz glass-ceramic showed excitation peak at 475 nm and e- mission peak at 715 nm , the luminescence was due to transition 5d-4f of Ce~+ ion. The fluorescent spectrum intensity was increased with the increasing annealing temperature at the same position. The fluorescence spectrum intensity was en- hanced with the increasing Ce3+ doped concentration.
