摘  要:采用工业原料烧制了MgO含量为8.05%的水泥熟料,并利用化学分析、XRD、岩相分析等测试方法,研究了煅烧温度、保温时间、冷却速度等因素对高镁熟料中MgO形态分布的影响,探讨了实验室熟料方镁石矿巢的形成原因。结果表明,提高煅烧温度和延长保温时间,对高镁熟料中方镁石整体含量影响不大,但较大颗粒方镁石晶体数量增多;加快冷却速度,熟料中方镁石晶体含量有所下降,大颗粒方镁石晶体数量减少,3μm以下小晶体数量增多;实验室方镁石矿巢的形成是高温液相量的分布不均匀造成的。Cement clinker with high MgO content of 8. 05% was made by using the industrial raw material,and the impacts of calcination temperature, holding time, cooling speed on the shape and distribution of MgO in clinker were studied and the reason of perielase nest in laboratory clinker has been discussed by the use of chemical analysis, petrographic anal- ysis and XRD test method. The results show that increasing the calcination temperature and prolonging the holding time have little effect on the whole content of periclase of high magnesium clinker, but the number of larger size of periclase crystal increased. Through accelerating the cooling speed, the overall content of periclase and the number of larger size periclase crystal in the clinker decreased, the number of smaller crystals less than 3 um increased. Periclase nest is closely related with high temperature liquid phase and its distribution.
