摘  要:为了取代传统防锈工艺,以锆酸盐为主要成分,与多种不同类型的助剂复配制备了一种环保、常温使用的水基防锈剂。通过正交试验优化配方,利用失重试验法和电化学技术对制备的防锈剂的性能进行评价。采用SEM、EDS分析了防锈膜的表面形貌、元素组成。结果表明:最优防锈剂配方为0.5g/L锆酸盐,0.5g/L铜系促进剂,0.2g/L络合剂,pH=4;在人工海水环境下防锈处理后的钢铁片腐蚀速率显著降低,缓蚀保护效率达到93.6%,表现出较好的耐海洋环境腐蚀;防锈处理后钢铁的腐蚀电位由-0.737V正移为-0.596V,极化电阻从367.6Ω提高到2 022.9Ω,腐蚀电流密度由0.042 1mA/cm2降低为0.008 4mA/cm2,证明其防锈性能得到明显改善;防锈膜较为均匀平整地覆盖在钢铁基体表面,主要由Fe、Zr的氧化物组成。A kind of environmentally water-based anti-rust containing zirconate as the major component was prepared by compounding with various auxiliaries in order to replace the traditional anti-rust technologies. The formulation was optimized via orthogonal test. The performance of as-prepared rust inhibitor was evaluated based on weight-loss method and electrochemical corrosion test. The morphology and elemental composition of the anti-rust film were investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometry. It was found that the optimum formulation of as-developed rust inhibitor was 0. 5 g/L zirconate,0.5 g/L copper promoter,0. 2 g/L complex agent and pH value of 4. The corrosion rate of steel with protection of anti-rust exposed in artificial sea water environment was reduced remark- ably,with the inhibition-protection efficiency being as much as 93.6~. That is to say, using the anti-rust could provide ex cellent protection for the steel exposed in marine environment. The corrosion potential of steel with protection of anti-rust was improved from --0. 737 V to --0. 596 V,tbe polarization resistance was increased from 367.6 fl to 2 022. 9 gL corro- sion current density was dropped from 0. 042 1 mA/cmz to 0. 008 4 mA/cm2 ,above all of these prove anti-rust perform- ance has improved. Anti-rust film was adherent to steel substrate evenly and mainly composed of the oxides of Fe and Zr.
