泌尿外科腹腔镜手术并发症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨泌尿外科腹腔镜手术并发症的原因及防治措施。方法对2008年6月-2011年6月该院施行的121例泌尿外科腹腔镜手术的患者术后并发症进行回顾性分析。结果121例患者中发生并发症16例（13．2％），其中术中并发症12例，包括胸膜损伤2例，腹膜损伤5例，术中出血5例。术后并发症4例，包括皮下气肿2例，切口渗漏1例，切口感染1例。并对相应并发症及时进行有效处理。结论熟悉泌尿外科腹腔镜手术的操作特点，了解术中及术后并发症的临床特点，通过严格系统的操作，可以减少并预防并发症的发生。[Objective] To detect the causes and treatment of laparoscopic complication in urologic surgery. [Methods] From June 2008 to June 2011, 121 patients received laparoscopic operation and their complications were retrospectively analyzed. [Results] 16 cases had laparoscopic comphcation in the total 121 patients （13.2%）, and 12 cases were surgical complication, including 2 cases had injury of pleura, 5 cases had injury of abdominal membrane, 5 cases had surgical bleeding; 4 cases were postoperative complication, including 2 cases had cutaneous emphysema, 1 case had nicked leakage, 1 case had infection of incisional wound. [ Conclusions ] Understanding the operating features of laparoscopic operation in urologic surgery and strictly operation can reduce the occurrence of complication.
