摘  要:光反馈自混合干涉技术是新浮现的有别于传统双光干涉的一类测试技术;为了提高振动测量的精确度,基于这新的测试技术,提出一种新的振动测量算法;采用梯度迭代算法,通过数据理论的最佳拟合,实现振幅的高精度估算;通过对自混合干涉波形转折点的准确识别,实现振动频率的精确计算;实验数据验证基于这些参量可以实现外部物体振动的纳米级测量和运动轨迹的重构;结果表明该测量算法在实测数据处理时测量参数的精确度较高、抗噪性能较好,振幅和振动频率相对标准差的均值为0.48%和2.3%。Optical feedback selfmixing interferometry is an emerging sensing and measurement technology. For employing this technol ogy to perform precision vibration measurement, a new method was proposed. The gradient iterative algorithm is introduced to achieve accu rately vibration measurement with best datatheoretical fitting. In addition the frequency of vibration is accurately measured based on prop erply identifying the turning points of self mixing interference. The proposed method can be used in the nanometer vibration measurement and the reconstruct of the vibration trace from the experimental data. The experimental results show that the accuracy of measuring pa ramters is better in processing data , and the relative standard error of vibrational amplitude and vibrational frequency are 0. 48% and 2. 3%.
