摘 要:针对长期贮存装备一般情况下无可供监测的状态特征参数用来进行健康状态评估的难题,建立了包含测试信息、历史信息及实时监控信息在内的非持续任务装备健康状态评估体系,分析了各类信息的特点,利用D-S证据理论、灰色聚类、物元理论处理各类信息融合得到健康状态评估结果,最后提出了基于可拓层次分析法的指标权重确定方法,并以导引头各层次健康状态评估指标为例进行权重分析。结果表明,各指标权重基本符合实际情况,可为长期贮存装备健康状态评估奠定基础。For long term storage equipments, there is no parameters could be monitored to be used to assess the health condition. In or der to solve this problem, including testing information, past information, monitor information, a health condition assessment indexes system was established. The characteristics of all the information were analyzed. Then, the D S evidence theory, gray clustering method and mat ter element theory were used to process different types of information. Finally, a method based on the extension AHP was put forward to get the weights. The method was then used to analyze the weights of seeker. It was proved that the weight of each index was in line with the actual situation and this method laid the foundation for health condition assessment of longterm storage equipments.
