摘  要:针对图像数据量大、传输速率快的特点,采用LVDS总线协议传输并对数据进行混合编帧的解决方案;为解决FLASH存储速度慢的问题,提出了高效的无效块管理算法与FLASH交叉双平面页编程技术,将写入速度提高到30MByte/s,有效地满足了图像高速存储的要求;为消除关键信号抖动可能会导致的系统不稳定,对关键信号进行消抖滤波,单元测试中,测试台通过LVDS接口发送码率为35Mbps的递增数信号源;结果表明,设计的数据存储器能够稳定地接收并存储图像数据,且具有很高的可靠性。For the characteristics that large amount and fast transfer rate of image data, the solution that applying the LVDS bus protocol to data transmission and mixed coding were proposed. To solve the problem that FLASH memory slowly, both efficiently invalid block man agement algorithm and interleave two plane page programing techniques were provided. The writing speed could be improved to be 30M byte/s, and was fully meet to requirement of high--speed storage of the image data. To eliminate the jitters which come from the key single that may cause system instability, Debouncing and filtering of critical signals were implemented. Unit testing, the test station transmits 35Mbps--rate increasing number as signal sources, Test results indicated that the data memory can be capable of receiving and storing ,image data stably , and work reliably.
