摘　　要：为了确定红白忍冬的最佳采收期,利用天平测量了红白忍冬7个不同花期鲜花蕾和干花蕾的千蕾质量,采用HPLC和SPSS差异分析法,比较了7个不同花期花蕾的千蕾质量及指标成分的含量变化.结果表明,红白忍冬7个不同花期的千蕾质量差异极显著,不同花期指标成分的含量差异显著,最佳采收期为大白期和银花期.To study the best harvest time, using scale and vernier caliper to measure the fresh flowers and dried flowers＇ thousand bud weight of different flowering phase, using HPLC and SPSS analysis methods to compare and analyze the thousand-bud weight and index ingredients contents changes of seven different flowering phase. Resuhs show that the thousand-bud weight of different flowering phase had significant differences. The content of index ingredients also had significant differences. The best harvest time is the great white period and the silvery flower period.
