摘 要:以木瓜花粉为试验材料,采用离体萌发培养法和60Co-γ射线辐射法,研究了花粉萌发的最佳检测时间,最佳蔗糖质量浓度及辐射育种的最适宜剂量.结果表明,木瓜花粉萌发最佳检测时间为6 h;随着蔗糖质量浓度的升高,花粉的萌发率呈先升高后下降的趋势,最佳蔗糖质量浓度为150 g·L-1;60Co-γ辐射处理极显著地影响了木瓜花粉的萌发率,且随着辐射剂量的增加,花粉萌发率呈显著下降趋势.通过萌发率拟合方程,得出木瓜花粉辐射的半致死剂量为254.14 Gy.Using the pollen of Chaenomeles sinensis as the test material, and adopting the germination in vitro culture method and 60Co-γ ray radiation, reseaches were conducted on the best detection time, the best sucrose mass concentration of pollen germination and the most appropriate dose of radiation breeding. The results are as follows, the best germination time for pollen of Chaenomeles was 6 h; with the sucrose mass concentration, pollen germination rate increased first and then decreased, the optimal sucrose mass concentration was 150 g· L-1; 60Co-γ radiation treatment significantly affected the Chaenomeles sinensis pollen germination rate moreover, with radiation dose increasing, the pollen germination rate showed a significant downward trend. The Chaenomeles sinensis pollen half-lethal dose of radiation was obtained as 254.14 Gy through the establishment of the fitting equation of the germination rate.
