摘  要:为了明确来自桃蚜的视觉和嗅觉信息在七星瓢虫觅食中的相对重要性,测试了七星瓢虫成虫对来自桃蚜的嗅觉和视觉信息不同组合的趋性反应,然后对七星瓢虫感觉器官进行了8种致残处理(涂黑1个复眼、涂黑2个复眼、剪除1根触角、剪除2根触角、身体同侧半致残、身体两侧半致残、全致残及正常个体),测试其对七星瓢虫捕食桃蚜功能反应类型及反应参数瞬时发现率和处置时间的影响.趋性反应结果表明,七星瓢虫主要依赖桃蚜释放的嗅觉信息搜索桃蚜,而视觉信息对于七星瓢虫的猎物定向行为基本不起作用。功能反应结果表明,七星瓢虫性别因素对捕食量和捕食率无显著影响,但感觉器官致残处理对2种测定指标均有极显著影响,尤其是触角被剪除的个体.此外,不对称程度较高的致残方式造成的负面影响比不对称程度较低的致残方式更大.对雌虫而言,全致残造成处置时间极显著延长,对称程度较低的2种致残处理方式(剪除一根触角和同侧半致残)能使功能反应转变为Ⅰ型;对雄虫而言,1根触角被剪除的个体和异侧半致残的个体呈Ⅲ型功能反应,2根触角均被剪除的个体呈Ⅰ型反应.因此,来自桃蚜的嗅觉信息能够影响七星瓢虫的搜索行为,嗅觉器官致残会导致七星瓢虫对桃蚜的搜寻能力与功能反应发生改变.To understand the relative importance of visual and olfactory cues derived from Myzus persicae in Coccinella septempunctata foraging, the authors firstly tested the choice response of C. septempunctata adults to different combinations of visual and olfactory cues from M. persicae, then studied the effects of eight different sensory impairments (one compound eye blinded, two compound eyes blinded, one antenna ablated, two antennae ablated, ipsilateral impairment of one antenna and one compound eye, bilateral impairment of one antenna and one compound eye, fully sensory impaired, and normal) on the functional response type and corresponding parameters (instantaneous search rate and handling time). The results of choice response bioassay indicated that the olfactory cue released by crushed aphids played a major role in prey orientation of the ladybeetles, while aphid visual cue was not necessary in prey orientation. The functional response bioassay showed that the two sexes did not show significant difference in aphid consumption and predating rate, but sensory impairments had extremely significant effect on these indices, especially the individuals whose antenna(e) being ablated. Additionally, the negative effect of asymmetric sensory impairments was higher than that of symmetric sensory impairments. The functional response type alteration exhibited sexual difference. For the females, fully impairment caused extremely significant longer handling time, two asymmetric sensory impairments (one antenna ablated, ipsilateral half impairment) transformed the functional response to Type I ; for the males, however, the individuals with one antenna ablation or bilateral half impairment exhibited Type III functional response, while those with both antennae ablated exhibited Type I functional response. These results suggest that olfactory cue derived from M. persicae could influence the foraging behaviour of C. septempunctata, and the impairment of C. septempunctata olfactory organs would lead to the change of
