摘　　要：伴随经济的快速发展,我国人地矛盾日益严重.科学、合理利用农村土地,成为缓解人地矛盾的重要手段.寻找既能保证村庄功能又能实现节约土地的方法,成为社会的研究热点.本研究以河南省淇县南史庄为例,分析现存在的问题,探讨村庄建设节地技术,提出相关措施.结果表明,通过节地技术对其改造,南史庄村节地效果明显.With the rapid development of economy, the contradiction between people and land is becoming increasingly serious in China. The scientific and rational use of land has become an important means to ease the contradiction between people and land. It has become a hot social problem to look for a new model to ensure the functionality of the village and to achieve the economical land use. This paper takes Nanshizhuang village Qixian County fo Henan province as an example to discuss the current situation of existing problems, to explore the technique of pueblo-village land intensive, to put forward relevant measures. The results of study show through the technique of pueblo-village land intensive, the land saving effect of Nanshizhuang village is obvious.
