摘  要:随着我国露天开采铝土矿的逐步减少,铝土矿地下开采已经成为必然趋势。某公司所属矿山是目前地下开采最大的铝土矿,矿床大部分为缓倾斜沉积型矿床,围岩条件尤其是顶板稳定性比较差,针对原开采方法损失贫化指标大而且生产安全性差等问题,采用可以回收利用的液压支柱替代部分矿柱,并且通过对顶板围岩的稳定性进行监测,优化采场设计,从而提高矿石回采率,减少矿石贫化率,实现了安全高效回采,回采率提高了13.54个百分点,取得良好的社会效益和经济效益。In China, the underground mining of bauxite has become an inevitable trend with the open cast mining gradu- ally decreasing. In the current largest underground bauxite mine owned by a company, most of the deposit is gently in- clined and sedimentary, the stability of its surrounding rock especially the roof is poor. In the view of large ore loss and dilution rates as well as poor security in production of original mining method, a part of pillars are replaced by recycled hydraulic prop, meanwhile, the stope design is optimized according to the stability monitoring o{ roof rock, the results is that the ore stoping rate is increased by 13. 54%, ore dilution rate is reduced, the safety and high efficiency mining is realized, and good social and economic benefits are achieved.
