摘 要:留设合理尺寸的区段大煤柱是确保松软围岩工作面安全高效回采的关键。利用影响煤柱稳定性的两个基本条件:宽度条件与强度条件,给出相应条件下区段煤柱合理尺寸的计算公式。根据汾西矿业集团贺西矿工程地质条件,通过建立FLAC3D数值模型,模拟分析不同宽度的区段煤柱围岩破坏特征和垂直应力分布特征,结果表明:留设的区段大煤柱不是越宽越好,当达到某一值后,即使加宽煤柱对围岩稳定性影响也不会增大。另外计算分析确定出该矿合理区段煤柱尺寸为26m。该研究结果对类似开采条件下的区段煤柱宽度确定具有参考意义。Large coal pillar with reasonable size set between panels is a key to ensure safe and efficient mining at mining face with soft surrounding rock. The corresponding formula for reasonable size of large coal pillar is given according to width and strength which affected the stability of the coal pillar. Based on the engineering geological conditions in Hexi coal mine of Fenxi mining group, this paper analyzed the stress distributions and the failure characteristics of the sur- rounding rocks of large coal pillars with different widths through establishing mining model by FI.ACaD. The analysis results showed that it is not the longer the better for setting coal pillar width, the impact for surrounding rock stability would not increase when the width reaching a certain value. Moreover, the analysis identified that the optimal size of coal pillar between panels is 26 m. It could provide a reference for selecting the width of coal pillar between panels in other similar mines.
