摘 要:为了防治高冒区煤自燃灾害,采用传统的预防性灌浆是较好的办法,但常用的黄土浆和凝胶不适合大面积的高冒区灭火。基于大面积高冒区自燃发火现状和泥浆的性能特征,通过大量的实验研制出由黄土、粘土、水泥、结构添加剂、结构稳定纤维混合搅拌而成的L-C—C粘土聚合填充材料。实验研究了结构添加剂和结构稳定纤维对泥浆的影响,并确定了最佳添加量为:结构添加剂为土量的0.1%~0.2%,结构稳定纤维每升泥浆为4.5g。通过大量的实验和对比,最终确定了最优泥浆配比:粘土:黄土:水泥-20:20:1。现场应用实践表明,L-C—C聚合填充材料可以作为防治高冒区煤自燃的注浆材料。In order to prevent and control the coal spontaneous combustion disaster in top-coal caving region, the conven- tional preventive grouting was a better method. However, conventional loess pulp and gel were not suitable for the fire extinguish in the top-coal caving region. In the view of the characteristics of spontaneous combustion status in large top- coal caving region and properties of mud, based on a series of experiments the L--C--C clay polymerization filler mate- rial which consisted loess, clay, cement, structure additives and stable structure fiber has been developed. The influence of the structure additives and stable structure fiber on the mud had been studied, and the optimization addition amount was defined: structure additives is about 0. 1%-0. 2% of clay, and the stable structure fiber is about 4.5 g per liter of mud. Through a lot of experiments and comparison, the best ration has finally determined, clay: loess: cement = 20 : 20 : 1. The practical application showed that the L--C --C polymerization filler material was suitable for preventing and controlling the coal spontaneous combustion disaster in top-coal caving region.
