摘  要:介绍了铜硫分离过程中存在的难点,总结归纳了近年来铜硫分离中抑制剂的研究进展。石灰仍然是铜硫分离中最常用的抑制剂,单独使用石灰难以达到满意的分离效果时,CTP、高锰酸钾、硫化钠和一些亚硫酸盐等与石灰组合使用可以实现对硫矿物的良好抑制。为了提高贵金属的回收率,同时降低矿山废水对周边环境的污染,无石灰低碱工艺成为近年来铜硫分离的研究重点,今后应该加强低碱抑制剂的研发,并重视其工业应用。The difficulties existing in copper-sulphur separa- tion are introduced, and the research progress of depressants used in copper-sulphur separation in recent years is summa- rized. Kalk is still used as the most common depressant for copper-sulphur separation. However, it is difficult to get an approving separating effect when kalk is used alone. The combined use of CTP, potassium permanganate, sodium sulfide, some sulphite and kalk would achieve a good de- pressing of sulfide minerals. In order to increasing the recov- ery of precious metal, and decreasing the pollution of mine wastewater to surrounding environment at the same time, low-alkali processing technology without kalk has became a research focus of copper-sulphur separation. The research and development of low-alkali depressants should be strengthened, and their industrial application should be atta- ched importance to from now on.
