摘 要:针对极端气象发生时,传统尾矿库在线监测系统存在可靠性不强和安全性低等问题,提出了将无线Mesh网络技术应用到尾矿库监测通信系统中。在确定系统设计的原则和目标基础上,对无线Mesh网络尾矿库监测通信系统进行了结构设计和技术分析,并对监测通信系统加强了防雷设计。实验结果表明:基于无线Mesh网络技术的尾矿库监测通信系统具有自愈性强、传输速率高、组网简单、投资成本低等优点,能够保证关键监测数据及时上传,为应急指挥处理尾矿库险情赢得宝贵时间。In light of some problems existing in online monito- ring system of traditional tailing, such as weak reliability and low security and so on in the case of extreme weather, the technology of wireless mesh networks was introduced in- to the communication system for tailings pond monitoring. On the basis of system principles and objectives, structural design and teehnieal analysis were conducted as well as the lightning protection design was strengthened. The experi- mented results showed that the tailings pond monitoring communication system based on wireless mesh network technology had advantages such as strong self-healing per- formance, fast data transmission rate, simple network, low investment cost and so on, it can ensure the key monitoring data could be uploaded in time, which gained precious time for dealing with tailings emergency in advance.
