散装小直径乳化炸药装药器及配套火工技术在地下矿山的应用

摘　　要：介绍了散装小直径乳化炸药装药器的结构和技术参数,研制了与之配套的乳胶基质配方和敏化剂及其添加技术,并在某地下矿山进行了工业试用。结果表明:散装小直径乳化炸药装药器能满足井下中深孔爆破装药需求,具有操作简单、性能可靠、装药速度快、效率高、爆破效果好等特点,可为其他矿山应用该设备提供借鉴。The structure and technical parameters of bulk emulsion explosives charging device for small diameter hole were introduced in this paper. The matching latex matrix formulation and sensitizer adding technology has been developed and been applied in underground mine. The results of industrial trial showed that the bulk emulsion explosives charging device could meet all needs of underground deep hole blasting, it is simple in operation, reliable in perform ance, fast and efficient in charging, and can achieve satisfactory blasting effect. This paper could provide a reference for application of the charging device in other similar mines.
