摘　　要：在溴氨酸溴化工序中有大量成份复杂且难以利用的副产物产生,其焚烧后产生的含溴气体对设备腐蚀性强,焚烧处理难度较大,对其进行适当的处理提纯后,得到的混合物在硫酸中重新溴化,再经水解及缩合等工序,可以制得合格的分散红60染料产品,经检测各项性能指标均达到标准要求。A number of byproducts occurred during the preparation of bromoamine acid. The bromo-containing byproducts release large quantity of corrosive gas when they are incinerated. To avoid the problems arise from incineration, a novel method was developed to prepare Disperse Red 60 from these byproducts.
