摘 要:因风能和太阳能资源具有季节和昼夜上的互补特性,风光柴储小型孤立发电系统可较好地为偏远地区提供电力服务。建立了反映光伏电池板倾斜角变化的太阳能辐射量及功率输出的可靠性评估模型。采用基于well-being模型的蒙特卡罗模拟法评估了风光柴储小型孤立发电系统可靠性。结合算例分析了光伏电池板倾角、光伏发电峰值功率及强迫停运率等因素对系统可靠性的影响。结果可为风光柴储小型孤立发电系统规划、设计和运行提供指导和参考。In view of complementary features between resources of wind energy and solar energy among seasons and between day and night, small isolated wind-PV-diesel-battery power generation systems can supply power for remote areas better. A reliability assessment model of power output and solar energy radiant quantity, in which the variation of inclination angle of photovoltaic (PV) cell panel is reflected, is established. Utilizing the well-being model based Monte Carlo simulation the reliability of small isolated wind-PV-diesel-battery power generation system is assessed. Based on the results from calculation example, the impacts of the inclination angle of PV cell panel, peak power output of PV generation and forced outage on the reliability of the small isolated power generation system, and the obtained results are available for reference to the planning, design and operation of small isolated wind-PV-diesel-battery power generation systems.
