摘 要:配电网一般辐射状运行,任何故障都可能导致部分负荷的瞬时或永久失电。配网中故障后的失电负荷往往可以自动或手动实现复电,因此考虑恢复控制因素的系统故障后失电负荷情况,更能表征配电网当前运行的安全性。首先给出了以恢复更多失电负荷为目标的恢复模型,该优化模型具有混合整数非线性的约束形式,可由CPLEX软件有效求解。在此基础上结合配电网N-1故障仿真,建立了安全评估的指标。算例结果验证了该评估方法的有效性。In view of the radial structure of common distribution networks, any fault occurred in distribution network may lead to instantaneous or permanent power losing of partial load. The post-fault power-lost load can be restored automatically or manually, thus the post-fault situation of power-lost load, in which the control factors in the restoration are considered, can characterize the security of current operation of distribution network better. Firstly, a restoration model, in which the more power-lost load can be restored is taken as the objective, is given, and this optimized model with mixed integer quadratic constraint can be solved by CPLEX efficiently. On this basis, combining with fault simulation under N?1, an index for security evaluation of distribution network is established. Results of numerical tests are given to illustrate the rationality of the proposed evaluation method.
