充型过程中基于非规则网格的边界处理与后处理技术

摘  要:在对三维实体进行内部六面体正交网格剖分,边界上非规则切割网格剖分的基础上,建立了充型过程数值模拟的数学模型。通过有限体积法和高斯散度变换列出控制方程,计算了各种拓扑结构下切割网格各表面的面积,并对有限体积方程进行离散,从而开发了充型过程中基于切割网格剖分的数值模拟算法。开发了基于非规则网格的后处理显示程序,并计算了若干算例,与规则网格下的模拟程序结果进行对比。结果表明,基于非规则边界网格剖分方法的数值模拟,其结果不但在计算精度上有所改进,在显示性能上也有所提升。A new model for numerical simulation of the mold filling process using regular meshes inside the entity and irregular cut cells at the boundary region was established. The finite volume method (FVM) and Gaussian transformation were used for the governing equations. The surface area of the cut cells of all the topological structures was calculated for the discretization of the FVM equations. An algorithm for mold filling simulation was developed, in which meshes were generated as cut cells. Based on the irregular meshes generation, a post processing program was developed to display the mold filling simulation results. Some examples were calculated and compared with the results using regular meshes. It shows that the simulation method based on irregular meshes not only increases the accuracy of the simulation, but also has a better perfornaance in post processing.
