摘  要:研究了水分胁迫作用下,膜下滴灌水稻抽穗期叶片的光合作用和水分利用效率及其之间的协同关系。结果表明,膜下滴灌条件下,水分胁迫降低了抽穗期旱作水稻叶片的光合速率、蒸腾速率,提高了气孔导度、胞间CO2摩尔分数和水分利用效率。灌水定额13.5mm、灌水周期2d的处理,水分生产效率为0.846kg/m3,较传统淹灌提高了92.2%,节水效果显著,为较适宜的滴灌制度。The experiments were conducted to study leaf photosynthesis and water use efficiency of rice during rice heading stage under drip irrigation with mulch, and the collaborative relationship between photosynthesis and water use efficiency under water stress. The results showed that under drip irrigation with mulch, Pn, Tr decreased while Ci, Gs and WUE were improved as the result of water stress. Water use efficiency was 0. 846 kg/m3 in the treatment 2(irrigation quota of 13.5 mm, irrigation cycle of 2 d) ,and increased by 92.2% compared to that in the traditional flood irrigation, and water-saving effect was remarkable, which was recommended.
