摘　　要：辽宁农副产品生产和出口均居于全国前列,但是辽宁农副产品出口加工企业面临困难较多:进口国经济低迷、经营成本上升迅速、招工难、出口价格下滑、进出口检验检疫与国际没有接轨、检测费用偏高等。结合对辽宁省农副产品出口加工业调查数据,剖析了形成这些困境的原因,并针对性提出了政府应做出的解困对策。Production and export of agricultural and sideline products in Liaoning Province are in the forefront of the country.But the enterprises of agricultural and sideline products in Liaoning are facing many difficulties,such as the importing country economic downturn,business costs rise rapidly,recruitment difficulties,export prices declining,import and export inspection and quarantine not aligning with the international,high detection costs etc.According to the Liaoning Province agricultural product export processing industry survey and analyzing the reasons for the formation of these difficulties,we put forward the countermeasures that the government should be made.
