区域经济发展对农村气象信息需求的影响分析——以江苏、浙江、安徽、河南四省为例

摘　　要：农村气象信息需求是农村气象信息化建设的重要依据。以江苏、浙江、安徽、河南四省为例,从信息内容和信息获取渠道入手,探讨了区域经济发展对农村气象信息需求及现状的影响。研究表明,农村气象信息需求与经济发展水平关系密切,农村气象信息服务现状与农村居民需求之间存在明显差距。在此基础上,给出了提高农村气象信息服务针对性和有效性的3点建议,希望能够为气象部门和农业部门有效地推进农业气象信息化建设提供参考。Taking the example of Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Anhui and He’nan,the author investigated the content of rural weather information and the way in getting it,summarized the characteristics of their present situations and needs,and analyzed the impact of regional economic development on them.It was concluded that： the rural weather information needs showed obvious differences between developed provinces and underdeveloped provinces,and that there were gaps between the present situation and needs.Furthermore,it was indicated that three measures might be taken to improve the good effect of the weather information construction in rural areas.
