二八定律和长尾理论在高校图书馆科技查新中的共生应用研究

摘　　要：介绍了二八定律和长尾理论的概念及其辨证关系,并从科技查新员、查新服务种类和查新用户群等方面探讨了二八定律和长尾理论在高校图书馆科技查新工作中的共生应用,这对于提升高校图书馆的学术地位,推动高校图书馆科技查新事业的可持续发展,最大限度地发挥高校图书馆在信息服务方面的社会效益具有重要的现实意义。The concepts of pareto principle and long tail theory and their dialectical relationship were introdueed, and their symbiotic application in sei - teeh novelty search of university library were investigated from the novelty eonsultant, service catego- ry and user group, which had important practical significance for enhancing the academic status of university library, promoting sustainable development of sci - tech novelty search in University Library, and maximizing social efficiency d university library in information services.
