摘　　要：世界自然遗产地保护管理规划,作为一种特殊的保护地规划类型,在我国已经开展20多年。首先回顾了我国自然遗产地保护管理规划实践的3个阶段:国家保护地规划、"改良版"国家保护地规划、专门的提名地/遗产地规划;然后比较我国国家保护地规划与遗产地规划要求的差距,对现阶段开展专门的遗产地规划实践进行了必要性分析;对遗产地规划实践取得的经验从遗产地和保护地2个层面进行了整理;最后对我国世界自然遗产地规划的定位问题进行了讨论。World Natural Heritage management plan,as a special type of protected area plan in China,has been carried out over 20 years.This paper first reviews the history of this type of management planning practice,which was divided into three stages： plan for national protected area,improved plan for national protected area,and plan for World Heritage site / nominated site.Based on World Natural Heritage planning requirements,as well as gap analysis between Chinese national heritage planning and World Natural Heritage planning requirements,the necessity at present stage of the plan is analyzed;then,experiences gained from past planning practice are summarized,from the view of World Heritage and protected areas,and finally the issue of planning positioning is discussed.
