摘　　要：介绍澳大利亚世界自然遗产的区域分布和组合类型。从法律法规、管理机构、规划体系3个方面,国家、州政府、遗产地3个层次介绍了国家保护地的管理框架。以此为基础,梳理出澳大利亚政府根据世界遗产的权属特点和组合方式差异,对法律法规、管理机制和规划层次进行的调整和完善。总结出澳大利亚世界自然遗产管理框架的特征:以EPBC法为统领的多维法律法规体系,以联合管理为纽带的多元管理机构建制,以OUV价值保护为核心的动态规划体系。Beginning with introducing the background of the World Natural Heritage and Mixed Heritage in Australia, this paper concludes the management framework of protected area at three levels, and then points at the adjustment and complementary of laws and regulations, management system, and management planning. In summary, Australia has formed a management framework of World Natural Heritage which takes the management framework of the protected area as the cornerstone, the EPBC Act as the a guide, the joint management as a link, and OUV protection as the core value.
