摘　　要：介绍了美国世界自然及混合遗产地的概况,将美国世界自然及混合遗产地的管理分为4种类型:国家公园独立管理型、国家公园州立公园合作管理型、国家间合作管理型、非国家公园合作管理型。分别分析了4类遗产地的历史背景、法律依据、管理体系、管理机构、管理规划和管理特征。阐释了各种管理方式产生的原因,面对威胁各类合作管理的特点,并且对每种管理类型进行评述。最后对美国自然及混合遗产地规划与管理进行小结。This paper introduced the situation of World Natural and Mixed Heritage in U.S.and classified the management of U.S.World Natural and Mixed Heritage into four types： National Park independent management,National Park and State Park cooperative management,inter-National Park cooperative management,and non-National Park cooperative management.Then the paper analyzed this four types management from the aspects of historical background,law foundations,management systems,management institutions,management plans and management characteristics.The paper also explained the origins these management ways and the characters of different cooperative management ways when facing challenges,and commented upon each management way.Finally,the paper summarized the World Natural and Mixed Heritage sites planning and management in U.S..
