温州矾矿矿业遗产保护规划简述及社会问卷分析

摘　　要：温州矾矿位于浙江省温州市苍南县矾山镇,是中国传统矿业中具有特色的非金属矿。作为矿业遗产项目,温州矾矿矿业遗产具有矿业遗产多样、与区域社会联系紧密、矿业遗产分布与城镇交错等特点;为了促使当地社会、经济与文化的可持续发展,亟待保护与可持续利用。作为温州矾矿矿业遗产拟申报世界遗产的前期调研成果,已发表"浙江矾山矾矿的遗产价值与保护建议"一文,在遗产保护理念方面,阐述了温州矾矿的地理环境、历史变迁、遗产构成、遗产特色、遗产价值与保护建议。在遗产保护实践方面,简述温州矾矿遗产保护规划,以作补充,并附温州矾矿矿业遗产社会问卷的分析结果。Wenzhou Alum Mine,located at Fanshan Town,Cangnan County,Wenzhou City,Zhejiang Province,is a typical nonmetallic mine of the traditional mining industry in China.As a mining heritage property,the Alum Mine possesses three characteristics： diverse elements of mining heritage,close integration with regional society,and the spatial distribution of mining heritage sites intersecting with town area,which is urgently to be conserved and sustainably utilized for the sustainable development of local society,economy and culture.As the positive result of pre-research for inscribing the mining heritage of Wenzhou Alum Mine into the World Heritage List,one published paper ＂Heritage Value and Conservation Proposals on Fanshan Alum Mine in Zhejiang Province＂ describes the geographical environment,historical evolution,heritage contents,heritage characteristics,heritage value and protection suggestion of Wenzhou Alum Mine,in the aspect of heritage protection idea.This paper briefly and complementarily introduces the protection plan of Wenzhou Alum Mine,in the aspect of heritage protection practice,and attaches the analysis result of the questionnaire for the mining heritage of Wenzhou Alum Mine.
